Timing of payment
- You are charged to your Apple account when the purchase is confirmed
- For Neko Kingyo Premium, you are then charged automatically at each renewal
Delivery
Available immediately after the purchase is completed. Depending on network conditions, it may take a little time to be reflected.
Contract period and auto-renewal (Neko Kingyo Premium)
- The contract period is one month for the monthly plan and one year for the annual plan
- Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, it renews automatically for the same period at the same price
How to cancel (Neko Kingyo Premium)
On your device, go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, select "Neko Kingyo Premium" and cancel. After cancelling, you can use it until the end of the current period. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
Returns and cancellations (refunds)
Due to the nature of digital content, returns and cancellations are not accepted once a purchase is confirmed. If you cancel Neko Kingyo Premium partway through a period, there is no prorated refund for the remainder. Refunds are decided by Apple under Apple's refund policy (https://reportaproblem.apple.com).
System requirements
iPhone with iOS 17.0 or later, iPad with iPadOS 17.0 or later. Operation is not guaranteed on all devices.
